At Breiner Innovative, we work hard to deliver our partners high-quality seals, gaskets and custom parts they can count on.
But we also try to work smarter, too.
The Right Material Can Make All the Difference. Check Out The Guide
Our in-house systems and processes don’t just benefit ourselves out on the shop floor — the fruits of our labor and efficiencies extend onto our customers, too, to enhance their production capabilities.
Not every supplier can deliver dependable custom products made to order with rapid-response lead times — especially not without costly order minimums, too. Go ahead and ask around. We’re confident in our abilities to get you exactly what you need when you need it.
How do we do it?
Here are some of the ways we’ve perfected our production in order to benefit yours:
Our custom computer system
Built from the ground up by Breiner owner, programming wiz and self-proclaimed computer nerd Joe Lucas, our in-house computer software is completely custom to us and lets us organize things just the way we need them. It sets us apart by operating the way we do and keeps all of our product, pricing, inventory, shipping and other important information right at our fingertips so we can resolve any issue or answer any question often in only one phone call.
Not many companies our size take advantage of customized technology. Off-the-shelf software packages are a popular option, but those packages lock the user into working how that stock software thinks things should be. As things change here (which they always do!), we discover better ways to do things or realize certain piece of information would be really useful and we’re able to fine tune and make adjustments within the program to meet these new needs.
State-of-the-art equipment
While the steady, simple basics of non-metallic die-cutting technology haven’t drastically changed much over the years, Breiner has continued to make updates on the shop floor that let us work even faster and more efficiently than ever. We’ve also made the move into die-less non-metallic cutting with the addition of a computer numerical control (CNC) flashcutter machine lets us rapidly produce small batches or single pieces of complex parts in a matter of moments without the time and expenses of building physical tooling. This really makes a difference on one-off or prototype parts.
Our people
Breiner’s employees are empowered with training and education across all facets of our shop floor operation, so anybody’s able to effectively answer the call when something needs done right away. They’re intricately familiar with our processes and production in large part because they’ve seen it all by now.
We have team members that have been with us more than 30 years, with an average tenure across our entire staff of about 24 years. They’re experts at what they do, can do it well and do it fast.
With good people, working with top-of-the-line equipment and effective checks in the system throughout our production process, our efficiencies pay off and are passed along to our customers on a daily basis. If you find yourself in a production pinch, scrambling for custom parts at a moment’s notice, we can help keep your manufacturing moving with lightning-quick lead times. Talk to our experts today and we’ll put our efficiencies to work for you.
