Breiner Innovative is fortunate to have a team of committed experts who devote their time and energy to our customers’ success. One of the leaders of our organization is Jim Ryback, the vice president of business development. We sat down with Jim to talk to him about his background, Breiner, and the services we provide to our customers.

What is your background and how did you get to Breiner?

After spending a significant portion of my career in the manufacturing sectors of packaging design and development, I was blessed with an exciting new challenge which allows me to use my experience and expertise in providing solutions to everyday challenges. I do what I do because it feels right to me. Simply put, I help provide certainty in the uncertain world we are in.

What was it about Breiner that appealed to you?

A locally operated and family-owned business with a can-do attitude and a culture of doing the right thing. It didn’t take long to see why and how we turn prospective clients into raving fans—it’s something I’m proud to be a part of!

How would you describe Breiner’s commitment to customer success?

Our goal is to help our partners succeed. For example, a customer needed a specialty gasket when a gas line became inoperable, causing an emergency shutdown and thousands of dollars in lost revenue. Our flexibility allowed us to provide the solution in a matter of minutes, avoiding any further losses.

What do you wish more people knew about Breiner’s offerings?

Providing non-metallic parts used all around the world from the International Space Station to nuclear submarines and everywhere in-between, is a source of great pride at Breiner Innovative. The Breiner team has a reputation for industry-leading response times and meeting our partners’ needs with value-added solutions. Our products are made in the USA, and we believe that no project is ever too small.

How would you describe Breiner employees?

It is extremely gratifying to be surrounded by a team of dedicated professionals who are true to themselves and devoted to manufacturing quality parts. At Breiner, it’s easy to quickly see that “Your Parts Our Passion” is a valued tradition.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with my wife and best friend, golfing with my son, traveling, Yankee baseball, fishing the OBX and nurturing my faith life are all aspects of my life away from the office.
